Customisation of Templates

With your real life examples, we can make your documents sound just like you.

Customisations ensure your documents reflect your unique style and clinical approach.

Currently this is a process done by us. We are working to make this self-serve in the future.

What do we need from you:

1. Send a real-life example of your preferred document style to support@maiscribe.com.au. 
   1. We offer 1 customisation in our Basic Plan and unlimited for our Pro Plan and Enterprise. People in trial can also have 1 customisation.
2. Put in the subject line:  "Custom Request - YOUR NAME”
3. Preferably attach the documents in Word or Google Doc format. PDF works as well, but can take slightly longer.
4. We take care of the de-identification for you - don't worry.

We aim to implement your customisation in 5 business days. You'll receive an email confirmation once they are available on your platform.

Your template is unique to you and won't be made available to others.

Note: It's very important that you provide us with feedback of how the new templates are performing - this way we can know how to improve it.
