Customisation of Templates

Customisations ensure your documents reflect your unique style and clinical approach.

This is a process that can be done by you via the Customisation with AI feature.

In some cases, we offer dedicated support to create the templates for you (subscription of mAIscribe PRO).

What we need from you:

Send a real-life example of your preferred document style to support@maiscribe.com.au.
Put in the subject line: "Custom Request - YOUR NAME”
Preferably attach the documents in Word or Google Doc format. PDF works as well, but can take slightly longer.
We take care of the de-identification for you - don't worry.

We aim to implement your customisation in 5 business days. You'll receive an email confirmation once they are available on your platform.

Your template is unique to you and won't be made available to others.

Note: It's very important that you provide us with feedback of how the new templates are performing - this way we can know how to improve it.
