      At mAIscribe, we take your privacy seriously, and we want to be clear:

      We do NOT use your data to train our AI.

      Unlike other AI models that improve by analysing user inputs, mAIscribe never learns from your notes, consultations, or transcripts. Instead, all improvements to our AI are made through internal research, prompt optimizations, and software enhancements - never by extracting insights from your usage.

      How Does mAIscribe Improve Without Using Your Data?

      When you use mAIscribe, your data remains private and protected.

      We comply with the Australian Privacy Act 1988 and all relevant data protection laws.

      ✅ Data is stored securely within Australia, with strict access controls.
      ✅ End-to-end encryption.

      Whats happens to data synced from the EMR?

      mAIscribe operates as your authorised agent, on your own machine, for your direct benefit.
      Today Maia works in read-only mode:

      1. It extracts clinical and billing context from the record and delivers it to mAIscribe.
      2. Maia never stores data offshore, never exceeds the permissions you already have in your EMR, and can be disabled whenever you choose.
      3. Total control stays with you from start to finish.
      4. Data from your EMR is NOT stored in mAIscribe - it is erased as soon as you move to the Next Patient
