      How to update your profile

      Easily edit your personal details and change your password

      How to Update Your Profile Information

      1. Click on your name in the top-right corner of the mAIscribe app.

      2. Select “My Profile” from the dropdown menu.

      3. In the Profile page, locate the “Edit Profile” option and click on it.

      4. You can update your First Name, Surname, Email, Mobile Number, or Field of Practice as needed.

      5. Click “Save” to apply the changes.

      Your details are now updated!

      How to Change Your Password

      1. Follow steps 1-3 above to reach the Edit Profile page.

      2. Select the option to change your password.

      3. mAIscribe will send an email with instructions to reset your password.

      4. Check your inbox and follow the link to set a new password.

      Tip: If you don’t see the email, check your spam/junk folder.
