What Is LiveScribe?

LiveScribe is our (near) real-time note generating AI Scribe.

Instead of waiting until the end of a consultation, your notes appear live as you speak - helping you stay on track, ensure accuracy, and streamline your workflow.

With LiveScribe, you can:

See notes generated in real-time as you speak
Guide your consultation by reviewing key points as they are captured
Generate summaries and letters instantly without waiting until the end
Choose a template before recording to ensure the format matches your workflow

⚠️What it is not:

A dictation tool - you won't see word for word of what you are saying
A transcription tool - LiveScribe will gather a few seconds of recording (30~40) at a time and write notes - these notes will change and evolve as the consultation progresses
A full refined note - it might miss some examination and history in long complex consultations

It's important to note that for detailed, refined notes, you should always generate a Full Summary. Use the "Generate Full Summary" button at any point in the consultation - or once you pause the recording it will generate automatically.

How to Use LiveScribe

1. Start Recording as Usual

There’s no extra setup: just start recording as you normally would. LiveScribe will capture and display notes live, ensuring nothing is missed.

2. Choose a Template for Your Notes

Before recording, you can select a pre-set template that will structure your notes in the format you prefer—saving time on editing later.

3. Automatically Save & Edit Notes Anytime

Notes are saved automatically, even if you don’t generate a summary immediately. You can always return to them via History.
