Who is mAIscribe For?

mAIscribe is built for GPs, Specialists, and other healthcare providers who need efficient, reliable and  compliant clinical documentation along with improved billing options. Whether working in private practice, group clinics, telehealth, or hospitals, mAIscribe helps reduce cognitive load and administrative overhead.

How It Works:

1. Start a Consultation: Open mAIscribe and click "Start" and begin speaking naturally during your patient consultation.

2. LiveScribe: The AI listens and generates structured notes in (near) real time. As more information is being added, the notes will keep changing.

3. Pause & Resume: At any point, you can pause the recording and then resume it again. For example, if you want to add notes at the end, after the patient has left the room.

4. Refine & Save: Once finished, you can either keep the LiveScribe notes or choose to "Write a Summary", "Write a Letter" or "Write a Patient Summary" using any of the many templates available. You can also edit the notes - they are saved automatically.

5. Billing Assistance: Taking into account the content and length of the consultations, the MBS Helper will suggest relevant Medicare item numbers.
