# Why is there an approval process to start a trial?

## Why you don't get immediate access to your account

Security is very important to us. We want to guarantee that our community is formed by real doctors and real users.

Therefore, we check every name and email, sometimes even requesting extra information to verify our user's identities.

The process is simple and takes less than 24hrs. You'll get a Welcome email to let you know you've been approved and to finish your set up.
