5 tips to make the most out of mAIscribe

Starting with a new tool can feel overwhelming, but these five tips will help you get the most out of mAIscribe:

1. Record a Trial Consultation: Familiarise yourself with the interface by testing with a mock consultation. Ask questions as if you were seeing a patient and give simple answers - Start, Pause and Resume the recording to get used to the interface.
2. Set up Maia: Take advantage of our Desktop Assistant to bring background data from your EMR into mAIscribe and generate richer notes and surface Service Opportunities.
3. Pay attention to your Service Opportunities: These are relevant MBS items for you to review that you might otherwise miss. This will have a big impact on your billing and workflow.
4. Optimise Your Audio: Use a high-quality microphone and ensure a quiet environment for best results. Check which one we recommend here.
5. Customise Your Templates: To make the AI write just like you, you can use the AI customisation agent to build your own templates.

There is a lot more you can do, like exploring Macros and Context, checking MBS Helper, trying different pre-loaded templates - but if you can master the 5 above first, you'll have a great start!
