- Pause & Resume: At any point, you can pause the recording and then resume it again. For example, if you want to add notes at the end, after the patient has left the room.
-
Finish recording: Once finished (pressed "Pause"), mAIscribe will automatically generated a Full Summary based on the LiveScribe template. You can also choose to "Regenerate Full Summary", choosing a new template or "Write Letter" or "Write Patient Summary".
-
Edit Notes: You can also edit your notes straight in mAIscribe - they are saved automatically.
- Add Context: To add any Past Context or guidance or examination findings to the AI (Today's Context), you can type in additional information in the Context box. Learn in more details here. Note: Context will only be included in the Full Summary.
-

- Prepare for next patient: To clear the recording and patient data, press "Next Patient". mAIscribe is now ready for your next consultation.
How the EMR syncing works
If you are using Best Practice, you can take advantage of Maia, your Medical AI Agent.
- Follow the instructions to set up Maia [Here].
- Once you press "Start", Maia will bring the patient's information into mAIscribe - Name, Age, Gender, Past medical history, Allergies, Medications and Past billing history.
- Based on n relevancy, eligibility and higher billing/rebate opportunities, mAIscribe will suggest Service Opportunities (last right column), so you can see what other care opportunities you have.
- Now, the AI will combine what it heard plus all this rich information to craft more accurate and relevant notes.
- This data is not stored or kept and it is deleted as soon as you move to the next patient.
